Common questions

What counts as a credit?

One credit = one image delivered into your content. Finding a stock match from our library costs 1 credit. Generating a custom image costs 4 credits. Searching is always free — you only pay when you use an image.

What happens when I run out?

You can wait for your monthly credits to renew, upgrade your plan, or top up with a pay-as-you-go credit pack. Packs never expire, so anything you buy carries over month to month.

Can I buy more credits?

Yes — credit packs are pay-as-you-go at 100 credits per dollar (the Starter pack is 1,000 credits for $10). Subscriptions give you more credits per dollar than packs; packs are there when you need a one-time boost.

Are searches free?

Yes. You can search the library unlimited times without using credits. Credits are only consumed when you actually use an image (download, embed, or have it placed by an agent).

What's included in 'commercial-use safe'?

Every image — stock or generated — is cleared for commercial use: products, client work, paid courses, apps, marketing. No attribution required, no licensing gotchas.
